Amenities in the hotel room and the TV had no signal and for too long NOT WORKING AS IT SHOULD during my stay. False advertising REPEATEDLY ON THE WEBSITE FOR ALL THE STAYS IN HILTON HOTEL SINCE FIRST BOOKING IN January 2027 to have housing away from the cold. Inside each suite there's problematic conditions for which you should change for the betterment of customer service and stop causing suites room from being set up on colder weather inside causing a hazardous situation for which it isn't what I paid for to receive and get to determine how many times you had been informed by me of the room conditions and I couldn't change the price of the room unless I chose to leave the building therefore that's legal whereby I pay nothing for the thoughts of due RESPECTS for me too. Also, there's No needed radio in the suite as advertised it's suppose to be in the suites for the radio in suite but There's None, No RADIO IN ROOM

I enjoyed the hotel in proximity of Wintrust Arena. I appreciated that there is connected sky bridges and you can go from hotel to venue. The rooms are not quite sound proof and you can hear noises from the street along with people in the hallway. The sheets were a bit scratchy as well, but got the job done. Overall, if you need a quick place to crash Hampton Inn will get the job done.

The staff was amazing and truly exceeded our expectations. They were extremely accommodating, letting us leave our luggage on checkout day and even offering a late checkout, which made our stay much easier. Breakfast was great with eggs and waffles, not just prepackaged pastries. And the room was very clean.

Clean the mold from the shower fix the elevator and the ice maker and there’s absolutely no reason to charge 60 bucks for parking at the hotel you’re staying at! Highway robbery!
