    The only positive aspect of Ginger Hotel, Aurangabad is its proximity to the railway station. Unfortunately, beyond the location, the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service and lack of basic amenities. Despite clearly mentioning that our child was 13 years old at the time of booking, the hotel refused to provide breakfast for him. They also charged an additional ₹850 for extra bedding, yet failed to provide even basic necessities like hand towels and bath towels for the child. To make matters worse, they did not offer the complimentary mineral water bottles and instead provided only RO water. At check-in, the reception staff assured us that breakfast would be available at 7:00 a.m. However, even by 7:30–7:45 a.m., the breakfast was not ready. The manager present at the breakfast area was unable to assist or manage the situation. Basic items like puris were not replenished, and even simple dishes like aloo bhaji and poha were not adequately served to the 4–5 guests present, including us. The food that was available appeared stale and poorly managed. The hotel also lacks essential amenities such as shaving kits and dental kits, which are expected at this level. Overall, the service felt negligent and unprofessional. This hotel fails to honor its commitments and appears to operate with policies that are inconvenient and misleading for guests. The delays in serving food and refusal to provide basic amenities suggest cost-cutting at the expense of guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is disappointing to see such standards associated with the Tata Group name.
