    My stay at the hotel was not good. There was only hot water in the bathroom, and no cold water was available, which was very inconvenient. The blanket provided was torn in 2–3 places, and the room was not clean. I also noticed spider nests in two or three areas of the room. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I dint know how Agoda is doing review of such hotel

    3 points for feedback. TV was not working in the room. My dad doesnt watch much but c'mon would you live in a hotel without TV. Breakfast - not good quality. I recommend just offer bread and Amul butter instead of a large menu that is not upto the mark. Cleanliness- 50/50... can improve a bit.

    We stayed at Treebo Anchorage and were provided with 2 decent sized rooms. 1 room had sufficient storage spaces to keep suitcase /clothes etc but other room didn't have proper almirah to keep stuff or to keep suitcase even. Washrooms were acceptable fitted with geysers and extra blankets were provided on request. One thing which bothered us was bare minimum breakfast options (bread butter/jam, poha, pao bhaji one day and other day aalu poori, namkeen seiviyaan) no eggs, dosa/south indian, fruits, hot coffee or desserts like muffin etc were there. These are basics expected from any breakfast included bookings these days. Overall satisfied except breakfast issues.
