The room is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English and uses WeChat to keep us posted. The only complaint is it may take sometimes for the hot water to arrive, and the room is a bit cold. Moreover, the hotel is situated in the center of Lijiang old town, which makes travelling easier and saves time.

The hotel's location is convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower room is outdated and not very clean.

What can I say. I loved the hotel and staff. Yang is very helpful and speaks excellent English. He met me on the street where my taxi dropped me off and took me up to the hotel (it is up some stairs) and carried my suitcase for me.
He will provide you with a map of Old Town Lijiang and explain how to reach the various locations.
The hotel is nice with a lovely courtyard and my room had a view of the Snow Mountain as well as the landing outside my room.
The hotel has 2 floors, so no elevator.
It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as to Old Town.
I loved staying here, and if I go back and am able to climb stairs (since I am getting old), I would stay there again.
