The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job.

Check-in was straightforward and the staff were friendly. The room itself was average, but the ground-floor location meant poor natural light, and the bedroom window faced a plain wall, so the view wasn’t great.

Great stay at this hotel, we checked in early with the lovely receptionist. Super friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are nice. We did have a problem with the first room as the fridge and tv didn’t work but they moved us super fast. Breakfast was nice, you can make fresh orange juice, they have pastries/cereals etc. Overall a great stay and would come again.

Our main complaint here is that during a period of extreme heat (room temperature about 35c), the reception was controlling the air conditioning. Eventually, they told us it was not working at all but they would have it fixed soon After an evening out we returned to the hotel and the aircon was still not working and essentially told “tough luck”. The room temperature was unfit for a dog, never mind humans. We eventually got a portable electric fan but only after standing my ground with reception staff. Why couldn’t they just offer this in the first place? We survived the night but decided to leave the hotel in the morning. We are doing a trip around Italy and EVERY other hotel where we have stayed offers complementary water, essential in such conditions. B&B make you pay! Each room gives instructions about saving energy and water etc but with B&B it is nothing to do with saving the planet it’s about saving money at the expense of customer hospitality. Very poor.

Great room with a huge balcony, and really close to the centre so ideally located. We were in the side section that is slightly separate from the main hotel. We got a good welcome and our stay was good, sadly we had to leave at 6am to get to the airport and there was no hot water for a shower which was less than ideal. Other than that it was great

The area is amazing. Out of the way of the crowds but still incredibly charming and iconic Venice. A handful of amazing, affordable restaurants right out the door. Felt very safe. Dennis, the owner, was helpful and kind. Gave us some good tips on getting around. Room was just fine - nothing overly fancy but worked great for our party of three. Breakfast was simple but just fine - good coffee and pastry, saved us from needing to buy it out. Would totally stay here again. If you are fussy, probably not for you but if location matters and you are looking for clean and affordable - this is a great spot.

Very good value for money, the hotel is very convenient for central Treviso including its historic sites, restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

It was a terrible stay, there was a terrible smell coming from the toilet, went downstairs to talk with someone to change the room but there was nobody there, did not sleep all night, in the morning the Hoyle staff told me that that was a problem with most of the room….. the hotel should not have customers staying until the problem is sorted out.

This hotel is not at all what it seems in the photos and any positive reviews give the wrong impression. It’s super dated and needs major upkeep. The rooms are old with dirty walls (there were dead insect marks everywhere on the walls and ceiling), I found multiple hairs on the bed, shelving and in the shower. I found a used toothpick on the ground so clearly not focused too much on cleaning. The shower has mold everywhere. The safe in my room didn’t work and I told them 3 times and no one fixed or changed it. And the wifi was spotty and cut in and out. Oh and the building (thankfully not the rooms) smelled strongly of sewage. All in all, I’ve stayed at better hostels in Europe and definitely don’t find this place was worth the price. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Giant spider web and spider in room when arrived. Hotel windows not cleaned on outside which allows insects in room. Smoke smell in common areas on ground floor. Bed extremely comfortable and location great

Great hotel in a great location. Could get lost for days in the laneways! Breakfast was good and very much appreciated that there was gluten free options as well! Bed comfortable. One of our rooms however had a strong smell of sewage and the toilet seat in other room was broken on check in but fixed the next day. Good value for money overall and a great hotel.

The location to the centre of the old town is convenient. By its own standards this is.good hotel but not quite what we were expecting.

Convenient near the center, staff was very nice. Simple and hip, animal friendly nothing luxurious but we would definitely recommend. They even called a taxi that turned out to be a limo 😳 for €20 we’re at the airport.

The B and B Hotel Treviso was clean, safe, modern, had working internet & air conditioning, the included breakfast was very simple and just ok, considering I am vegan, it had limited choices. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed and room were comfortable, modern. Hotel room and air were clean. I found it inconvenient and long distances on foot or public transport getting around town.Easy to get lost with its location if you don’t know your way around. A good, functioning, fairly inexpensive, reliable hotel if you need accommodation in Treviso, Italy

Check-in was smooth and easy. The concierge (Jessica, as I recall) kindly provided a variety of excellent dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet was worth it to me; it was a large spread of various cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, coffee options, juices, yogurt, etc. Everything in the Treviso old town was within easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, classy, and quiet.

A good homely hotel, cool modern interior, with large rooms with TV, air con, ensuite, plenty of towels, soap, hairdryer, sofa, 3 bends in the family room. Breakfast is worth paying for. Staff are very helpful, going the extra mile for guests. Recommended.

Lovely, clean hotel in the centre of Treviso. We were allowed a late breakfast, due to us doing the Treviso Parkrun. Staff also found another room immediately when we had an issue with plumbing in our first room

not an accurate description of the facility! sewage stench in the room, nothing was done! the "bar and lounge" is a refrigerator where you can buy limited beer and wine. so basic that you cannot get tissues in the room and cannot not buy onsite! while non smoking, only outside seats are not useable if you are a non smoker. front staff is friendly but they are very limited in what they can do. I would recommend to look elsewhere

Our two-night stay at B&B Hotel Treviso was wonderful from beginning to end. First of all, the location is fantastic -- only a 10-minute walk from the train station, steps away from the city-center, and a 15-minute bus ride to the airport. While the immediate surrounding area is residential (which makes it a quiet area), shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores are only 2-3 minutes away. Second, the check-in/check-out times are great. I have rarely stayed in hotels that allow you to check in as early as 14:00 and to check out as late as noon! Third, the rooms are spacious enough, have working A/C, and the beds were comfortable. We were never disturbed by any noise. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Treviso.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the service is good. The only negative thing I can say is that the bed is in a bad condition, very uncomfortable. Need to be replaced ASAP.
