The staff were very polite and nice. Overall facilities were good. The breakfast was excellent. But the room amenities were poor. The quality of accessories was very low.

We initially booked Uttara Civic Inn for 4 days but ended up extending our stay to 23 days — that probably says a lot already! We’re a couple traveling from Malaysia, and overall, our experience here was quite satisfying.
The staff were absolutely amazing — always polite, respectful, and ready to help at any time of the day. I really appreciated how quick they were to respond whenever we needed our room made up, even after 4PM! Every time we crossed paths with any of them, they greeted us warmly — it made the stay feel more personal and welcoming.
The room itself was comfortable, though the furniture could use a bit more maintenance. There were some visible stains here and there, but considering the price and service, it’s definitely good value for money.
We also received free airport pickup, which was a thoughtful touch — though slightly delayed due to traffic, it was still appreciated. The free breakfast was simple but healthy and tasty. While the options were limited, we enjoyed what was served each morning.
The location is unbeatable — everything you need is within walking distance: masjid, shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacy, and tons of restaurants. It’s also a popular spot for international travelers, so we felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
Overall, we’re happy with our stay. The combination of friendly staff, great location, and fair pricing makes Uttara Civic Inn a place we’d definitely consider returning to on our next visit.
