    This hotel came highly recommended through social media but I really couldn’t see why. The lobby seemed fun and kid-friendly and price was fair, but beyond that, I struggle to see the allure of this property. The location was fairly secluded, staff weren’t helpful with bags or with parking, the lobby was chaotic with children, and the cleanliness was severely lacking. For a 3 night stay, they did not clean the room once - only changed towels and cleared the trash. Upon check in there were brown stains on the toilet lid (that I cleaned off myself), hair all over the bathroom walls, and toothpaste residue in the cups. I also had to clear the bathroom plug myself by day 3 since the water was not draining. The room was also extremely dim and there was no way to make it brighter. I couldn’t wait to leave…

    Small room, clean and comfortable bed. Asked for one extra pillow but they could not provide. Bathroom quite old. Breakfast is okay. Hotel seems popular to family with little kids, almost every single family have kids therefore super high traffic in breakfast restaurant.
