KOKO HOTEL Kanazawa Station

Place was clean. Parking was full unfortunately. AC worked great and could be fine tuned.

I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated having a quiet room at the end of the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, although I initially had a little trouble finding it. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages. Like many hotels today, housekeeping is not provided daily, but the towel replacement and trash collection system worked very smoothly. I did not purchase breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. However, the hotel provided complimentary coffee, hot beverages, iced tea, and lemon water on the 13th floor lobby area throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The only reason I rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is that, unlike most Japanese hotels I have stayed in, there were no coffee or tea packets available in the room. To get my morning coffee, I had to use the beverage machine on the 13th floor. Since my room was on the 5th floor and the hotel has only two small elevators, this sometimes meant waiting during the busy morning period when guests were heading to breakfast or leaving for the day. Other than that minor inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff spoke some English and were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating with my questions and requests.

Very convenient for the train and bus stations and close to eating and shopping options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good location and price. When trying past, I could hear noise.But it was not bad.
