Overall I had a pleasant overnight, restful night, bed really comfy, room and en suite clean. Room size I had was ok for one person. Good selection of tea/coffee etc plus biscuits. (no hair dryer in the room but I didn't bother go and ask for one). Next days pre packed breakfast was brought to the room, offering various continental and other breakfast type bites plus fesh fruit and a cartoon of fruit juice.
Guy at reception was welcoming and gave clear instructions to my room. staff were helpful and supportive.
As It's on a busy road, and if like me you like the windows open, it can be rather noisy, especially as I wear hearing aids.. plus as I didn't want to disturb others I needed to use subtext on the TV but it wouldn't work. The member of staff who brought up the breakfast basket, tried his best to get it functioning but he too had trouble, I was informed they would look into it, so other future residents don't have same problem. It's just that with traffic noise I couldn't hear the TV unless on really loud.
It was convenient for me but reversing out is a bit iffy into a main road/people walking along pavement...

Im a great believer you get what you pay for .... so considering the room price my expectations werent high but i was pleasantly surprised had a lovely sleep, woke refreshed, room clean as was bathroom, staff pleasant would recommend to anyone
