    The owner and the family are very kind and helpful throughout our stay. It is very close to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort with 3 mins walk. There’s a drying room for snowboard/ski equipment.

    From echigo yuzawa station there is a free shuttle going to hatsukaishi entrance from here its just about a 2 minutes walk, i love the scenary in front of the hotel and the ski slope is just near. Moreso, the owner and his so Haru is very helpful we save on taxi on our way back to tokyo he really made an effort to help us and find a way for free shuttle. They even offered to cook me dinner even if their restaurant is close, it really touch my heart. Thank you, i will make sure i’ll spend my vacation in your place when i go back to Yuzawa. Again i cant thank you enough for your hospitality. Have a good fortune

    Not clean. Did not stay the night. Left at 11:00 p.m., 45 minutes after checking in. Agoda should be giving me a refund
