Great location, quiet yet just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Good breakfast, great pool and a good fitness centre.
The rooms are quite dark and could do with the walls painting white and the curtains changed. But the bed was very comfortable.

I regret we stayed here only 1 night before our flight. Hotel is unique, placed in National Park (but you don't have to pay the fee for entrence as a guest of hotel). From the swimming pool and restaurant you can see the sea. It's just 1 minute to get to the beach. Nature in the hotel is absolute amazing everything well maintained. You can feel the jungle vibe. House was luxurious and spacious with 2 big and comfortable beds and great bathroom. Beach towels were provided, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, toothpaste with toothbrush, bathrobe, shower caps etc. as well. Staff was very nice. We got the room 1 hours before check in. We could leave our baggages there to wait for the room at the morning. Free transport to the airport and bags with a breakfast was a nice ending to the stay. Highly recommend 👌

I was concerned after reading some bad reviews about our booking for 4 nights and almost changed it at last minute , but glad we didn't.
There is alot of work that is being done to the hotel which is needed as the wood is rotting in some places, but we didn't hear any noisy building work from the hotel, only from the huge hotel they are building down the road which you can hear daily even on the beach .
Reception: Not all staff can speak full English but you can get by, it dosent help that they are shut away behind closed doors which dosent appear welcoming, but they were pleasant.
Breakfast: no complaints but busy times they need another coffee machine. The outdoor seating area is on plastic tables with the road beside it, so we preferred to eat inside.
Pool: lovely, big and enough sunbeds no issues.
Pool bar: unmanned so you needed to ring a bell which i thought was strange, they would have sold more if someone was serving, plus they seem to go to the main bar to get the drinks?
Bar & restaurant: nice food, live music every evening no complaints.
Our room: although spacious and shower room huge, everything replenished including water . Most rooms do not have a nice view from their veranda unlike the beautiful picture that's shown, in fact there are very few rooms that have that view, this was disappointing as we like to sit outside but looking at a brick wall to another bungalow was not pleasant.
Location: perfect, walk across the road to the wooded area onto the beautiful beach. If you want sunbeds you have to walk a few hundred yards to a bar, its quite a crowded area, we preferred to stay the quieter end. There are kayaks or paddleboarda to hire. Tuk tuks in the town if you dont feel like the walk and plenty of places to drink and eat .
Most people seem to stay 1 or 2 nights as close to the airport,and they offer free shuttle.
As much as I wasn't keen on this hotel initially it grew on me, and I see the potential in it becoming very popular once the new building bits are finished!
