    I booked a double bed room. Even though I was alone, room is still very cramp. No place to put my luggages. Also toilet amenities are only available at the set up table near reception on level 2. Other than that, its clean, location is superb, abt 3 mins walk to shin osaka station.

    It is about 3 min walk to Local Metro & about 6 to 7 min walk to JR Shin -Osaka. About 2 min walk to Family Mart & about 5 min walk to 7-11. Right below the hotel there's a restaurant. Didnt try it, but we look at the menu the price seems very reasonable. The rooms is clean & just nice for 2 pax.about 15-20 min walk to the nearest groceries call "Ta Ma De" & small Aeon (shoplot). will come here again if we come Osaka again.

    I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When I approached the front desk for help, I was met with indifference and dismissive responses. There was little effort made to address my concerns, and communication felt poor throughout my stay.
