    We are quite surprised what we experience in the hotel. Give a 4 star rating hotel, we expect something a bit decent. The reception, the lift and the dinning areas have not air contioning, giving such a warm weather (more than 30 degrees C). The swimming pool allows outside people to swim...

    Where do I start.? Well, I’ve been basically traveling the globe since January 2010 so to say I stay in hotels a lot is an understatement. I’ve stayed at this chain of hotels 9-10 times over the years while visiting Vietnam and I’d have to say without a doubt this is the weak link in the chain The hotel was probably as nice as it’s sister hotels I’ve stayed at but is now very dated and in need of repair. We stayed for 3 days just a little side trip from da nang while we travel Vietnam for 3-4 months. The city and surrounding beaches are fantastic so no complaints and I highly recommend coming. For the first time in my 16 years on the road at least to my knowledge a member of the staff entered our room without our permission extensibly to leave a snack which they did but when we found out we went to the safe to check our cash inside and 1 million vnd was missing so I called the front desk to report it and ask why someone entered my room without our permission or knowledge. To make a long story short it ended with the front desk telling me to get my things and leave the hotel. It was completely fine with me because I didn’t want to stay there but my wife went down to clarify. I packed up and thirty minutes later my wife returned saying we don’t need to leave and the manager wants to move us to a better room tomorrow. I was shocked and asked my wife what about the money and she said the gal that came in was crying so much she just told them it was her mistake she must have miscounted the money she put in the safe. First off, I was not happy she told them we are staying, secondly I was angered by the fact she put the blame on herself when she knows we always go through the same routine at each place we stay. We count the money three times each and record a count as proof and she could have shown them the video on her phone but she said she felt sorry for the girl who was crying uncontrollably. Of course I didn’t take them up on the room change because it’s a matter of right and wrong and only 40 usd was stolen but it’s the fact that they entered my room without permission or knowledge. In the morning we went to go eat at the buffet breakfast which all of the hotels in the chain provide but there was no buffet only rows of empty chaffing dishes. We were given a menu to order from that had nothing for our two children to eat so we left and ate breakfast out everyday no big deal but I did pay extra for breakfast. In short don’t stay here if you expect the same quality of hotel, food, or service as the other properties in the chain. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for ….
