The accommodation itself was excellent. The rooms were clean
, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location was convenient, and most of the staff were professional and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would have rated the experience much higher based on the facilities alone.
However, my experience at reception was disappointing due to the poor service I received from one black guy, at the receptionist on arrival. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which left a negative impression during check-in. Good customer service is an important part of hospitality, and I believe management should address this to ensure every guest feels respected and valued.
Despite that issue, the accommodation itself was still very good, and with better front desk service, the overall experience would be outstanding.
