For a ITC hotel, I would expect a tad bit more general cleanliness. Nothing to add, the picture speaks for itself. Even the towels are in their second or third lifetime (atleast hotels should maintain shelf life of products). The decor is once done, forgotten forever. Maintenance is a routine affair and for a hospitality centric business, the state says a lot. If you are spending good money, would definitely expect better. Anyway, wouldn't recommend.

As a 4* rated hotel and Brand member of ITC, I am extremely disappointed at my stay in this hotel. Some were basic issues like Room TV remote was not kept in room but told us that it's a hotel policy to keep it at reception due to misplacements/thefts which I found very weird. Then some basic amenities like disposable sleepers, iron etc.. were not in the room and we had to call and request for it. Then we had a bad experience with a family staying in adjacent rooms and had been making noises, banging door etc.. till around mid night when we had to call the Manager and security staff to intervene and give some piece of advice to this neusance family. But nothing strict action was taken at that point in time except assurance. More than anything else, it should have been a matter of safety and security of the guests so I would expected a strict response at that point. Overall I am extremely disappointed and regret our decision to choose this hotel.
