    Do not book this hotel! We arrived at the hotel with a confirmed reservation through Agoda, only to be told that they could not accommodate us because they were already fully booked. To make matters worse, they attempted to offer us a non-air-conditioned room instead of the air-conditioned room that we had specifically booked and paid for. The staff then asked us to cancel our reservation, claiming that they do not have access to their online bookings. If that's the case, why are they still accepting reservations through Agoda? Customers cannot be blamed for booking through a platform where the hotel is actively listed. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Imagine arriving after a long trip, expecting a confirmed room, only to find out that your reservation means nothing to them. Be careful and do not be deceived. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

    I booked online and even mentioned in the booking what time I would arrive. The hotel was not prepared. The room I reserved was already occupied, so they transferred me to a family room. However, the lock and key were stuck in the door knob. The bathroom was not clean. They did not provide the internet password, and there were no toiletries.

    There was no toiletries, not even tissue paper. Other hotel with prices lower than theirs supply basic yraveller's needs. I ll edit to send pictures how awful was my stay.
