Too basic for a five star and its price. Asked for a refundable security deposit and insisted it was the norm (whereas its not). Rooms need major maintenance to include revamp of furniture, installation of smart TV, replacement of rusty aluminum panels in washrooms. Roof leakage etc. When asked for a kettle and tea sachets, they equated it with some luxury available only in Executive Room. Staff was very courteous and I have nothing against their hard work. The roof top gave semblance of a wedding hall in a far flung area of Pakistan (not in an artistic way). Agoda booking showed free airport transfer which was denied to me at first and only after insisting and showing them the booking itself, it was made available. Wouldn't recommend anyone to spend this much for so less.

For the business trip, I stay there around a week and the cleaning staff Yasmin. She’s very nice lady whenever I let them know to clean it where to clean it she clean it very well if you are hiring a staff so kindly hire the staff as the same thing like Yasmin.

Mostly, I’m staying on that place. Place are good and the cleaning stuff are very professional but there are two problems first of all parking problem second thing Internet problem whenever I visit on that please Internet only show me 5 MB to 10 MB. I spoke with IT they told me there speed are 100mb but still they are not able to resolve my problem.

i have booked three twin rooms as mentioned on the hotel page but once i reached the property i get to know that they don't have any twin bed room. they made a make shift arrangement by adding a roll on mattress.
