    Short last minute stay. The apartment was very nice , clean and warm. The office staff was very nice and helpful, responsive on WhatsApp. The only negative is that a full time receptionist is mentioned on booking, but there was no receptionist at all. Which made the check in a little frustrating (especially after a long trip), the apartment was booked for 2 people but the amenities (including towels) were only for one person. This was resolved the next day, but I had to struggle with a face towel for almost a day. Check-out details also a little unclear, having to wait to return the keys. All in all, good stay, I would return

    The location is fine as it’s near the square where there is easy access of shuttle bus to and from the airport. Convenient stores also abound with CU and GA 25 and a large Emart just 400 meters away. The only thing needing a bit improving is that they don’t provide water on daily basis. You just have 300ml of water for all your start no matter for one day or a week. Quite different from other residence and hotels I have been to

    Larger than a small studio, this was a very comfortable place with plenty of space and all necessary amenities. It is in the heart of the city, so governmental, banking, and cultural affairs are only short walks away. Within the same building is a convenience store with anything and everything one might need, and not at tourist prices. The staff was extremely helpful, readily arranging transportation and even some medical assistance. Please understand, if this is the area of Ulan Baatar you would like to be in, this is the right place to go! Absolutely, if I am ever in the city again (I am a foreigner, from USA), I will try to arrange accommodations here, at Tanan Center Serviced Apartments. They are awesome!

    The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The unit was spacious. I loved my stay here.
