    Perfect location (right in front of the beach, minutes to night market, next to waterpark, etc.). Excellent large pool with smaller pools below. Quite and clean.

    The Hotel is on the beach, the rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, Miss. Nit , at the reception was very patient and easy to talk to, she facilitated all our request with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel .

    We arrived at 12:30 and were told we had to wait until 2:00 PM. No big deal as that was the check in time! We went to have lunch in the hotel's restaurant! I had a club sandwich with fries and my gf had fried sea bass with fries! Both our fries were doused in salt so much we had to wipe it off with napkins! My club sandwich was not good at all, and the bacon had no taste and was like rubber! Her fish was not very fresh either! We go to the lobby at 2:00 and had to wait about 20 minutes! Got to the room and my gf starts inspecting! Hairs, dirt and dead mosquitoes all over the floor, and there were very many flying in the room! Trash under the sofa also! She calls the front desk and they sent someone to clean the room again! In the meantime we killed maybe a dozen mosquitoes! The maid sprayed the room afterwards, but then pests were still flying around! After we settle in we go to the pool! The pools look nice and we had a pool access rooms! But there were missing tiles all over the bottom of the pool and some tiles were uplifted and my foot caught one of them! I was lucky it did not cut me! A lot of the missing tiles from the poll were just stacked on the steps throughout the pool also! There was also a lot of sand on quite a few of the steps! The next day we go out to swim and there are two cigarette butts on our terrace! There was a guy that I saw on our last day smoking from the room above! I notified the front desk that someone was tossing their butts on our terrace and the lady at the desk seemed like she didn't want to be bothered! She didn't even ask what room we were in, but said she would have it cleaned up! Kind of funny how they didn't mind people smoking in their rooms or balconies as there are supposed to be designated smoking areas! No one ever came to clean the butts and I left them! According to Google there was supposed to be irons and boards in the rooms or s available upon request! They did have so I had to have a few things pressed ! I've never been to a resort that did not have an iron to use! A few last gripes! The buffet is awful! All the food is cold and tasteless! The beds are quite stiff, though not quite Thai bed stiff, but not comfortable! The pillows are lumpy! And the picture of the beautiful beach is not what that beach really looks like! But low season so cannot gripe to much! But what you don't see in the picture is during low tide it is mostly like a big jagged rock! High tide covers it up! I'm done now! Sorry for being so long winded,but this was the worst resort stay I have ever had!
