    When I checked in, they asked us to give cash as a deposit. It wasn't convenient for us since when we can get the deposit back, we will leave Thailand, means we don't need the cash anymore. However, I just did what they asked since that's their rule. However, when I leave the hotel, there is no one in the reception. There is just one note that asks you to leave the key in the desk, but no information about the deposit. There are 2 phone numbers that you can call; however, no one picks up the phone with either number. The numbers are in the door as well; they asked us to call if the door doesn't work. However, again, no one picks up the phone call. This means if there are any issues inside the building at night (I don't know when to when, since there is no information about when the staff are there), you can't do anything and are stuck in the building without any emergency call you can make. I needed to leave without getting back the deposit due to my flight to catch. After that I emailed the hotel for it; however, no one replied to me. I never recommend this place to anyone.

    The hotel doesn't look as good as in the picture it is a renovated apartment with no Services nor facilities no coffee shop nothing to walk around no staff just one at the reception
