We are a couple staying a night during our visit to Leksand. This hotel is some distance from Leksand town and more accessible if you have your own car. The hotel is in an old building but our room looked like it was recently refreshed. The beds were soft and room was clean and fresh. We were given one with a view of the lake Siljan. There is not many staff during our visit in Spring but they were friendly and service oriented. Food at our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Our dinner of ribs and cod and the typical Swedish breakfast buffet tasted amazingly good and wholesome. Only dissatisfaction was with the quality of the water that felt hard. Otherwise, it's a good stay for some rest & relax with fresh mountain air.
