The hotel is easy to find (but a bit tucked away in a residential area) and easy to reach by bus. It's very clean and spacious. If you come by tourist shuttle, take the Veteran's Hospital bus stop. You can easily go from here to Sun Moon Lake. There's a night market nearby, and a spacious Macdonald's with very enjoyable music. The friendly reception desk person did not speak English but we were able to communicate through Google Translate.

Overall it is a good experience staying in this hotel.
But there's a weird thing that i'd like to mention: I booked 2 double rooms, and the staff generously upgraded one of it to a quadruple, but they only make "1" bed for us; and when we asked if we can have another blanket, the staff said that have to pay NTD$100.
I think it is OK that we pay the extra charge, but it still feels strange that we sleep in a quadruple room but only 1 bed is made.
