Couldn't ask for a better location. 5 minute walk to the entrance of Pamukkale. The staff was beyond helpful in all aspects. Arrived super late due to a canceled bus and they were able to get us checked in at 3 am. Also helped with arrangements for transport to be airport when I checked out. Highly recommend it!

This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located to the travertines. Literally a 7 min walk. We took a cab to the northern entrance and ended at the travertine and walked to our hotel from there. No need to go back to the entrance we came from. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room is small and nothing fancy. We stayed for one night and it provided what we needed. They also offer the Hot Air Balloon over Pamukkale for 100 € . So if that’s on your bucket list , you can arrange with them. The bathroom is a little outdated . At least our room could use a little fixing but nothing major. The soap dispenser would get stuck but all you gotta do is tug it forward and push again and then it’ll dispense. The flush button was a bit wobbly but if you find the right angle , no biggie. The shower head knob was a little stuck , but again it worked , just had to find its wiggle. Bed was comfortable. Semi hard . The bed from our previous hotel was very hard so I definitely appreciated this mattress . There was no phone in the room, so I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk when I needed to. (At least I didn’t see a phone). We had our pickup time for the balloons at 6:20 am. The lobby door was locked and no one was at the front desk. We rang the bell several times within 15 min window and eventually the owner came to open the door. That was my fault . I should’ve notified them that we would be leaving so early . I just assumed we could leave whenever. There is parking but looks like space is limited so give a heads up if you are driving. Restaurants all within walking distance. Young man that works there hauled my suitcase all the way up to our room. There are no elevators. I slept comfortably, not cold , not hot. At arrival they gave us a big bottle of water and we were able to borrow converters ( US traveler). The breakfast was good. They had a selection of fruits , salads , cheeses and drinks. You can get scrambled eggs if you wish. Pretty tasty ! Pool looked nice and clean , we didn’t get to use it. This place is cozy and homey, nothing fancy . I would definitely stay here again. Also , beautiful view of the travertines and the hot air balloons!

The owner is really helpful and nice . However, there's a cockroach in the toilet and stay for the whole night ....And the blanket was actually just towels.
