The rooms were fantastic and clean, and give you a truly serene Japanese experience. Having the tatami mats, with a heated table are a must.

We had a comfortable couple of nights in this old hotel well situated up in the mountains. It has very good indoor and outdoor onsens. Breakfast was an Asian feast but was only served at 7.30. Our room was spacious with a sitting area and balcony but furnishings and furniture were tatty and needed updating.
