The staff were all quite welcoming and kind. Our room was comfortable. Great location near shopping and restaurants. We were surprised that "free parking" meant finding street parking in a non-metered neighborhood a few blocks away. Breakfast was quite tasty, and because of an impending storm, the staff opened a dining room in the house in which we were staying so we did not have to go outside to get breakfast. Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough and the weather did not cooperate for us to sample and comment on some of the many things offered by the hotel (i.e., bikes, beach chairs and towels). We will have to come back!

The room was beautiful, first floor had fireplace, coffee maker, the hot tub was big large enough for two full grown adults water was hot, love the duel shower heads in the walk in shower! King size bed was firm. The bed creaked a bit so you have to get use to it but it's very old as antiques so you can be upset it is perfect for the room and the time period!
