    It was a family trip I planned for my mom’s birthday. I chose the most luxurious villa & package in Marriott Hotel Da Nang with 4 bedrooms and private pool. However, the toilets were clogged in both single bedroom and master bedroom. The door lock was broken in the balcony, the balcony become a decoration instead. Nobody can enjoy it :( House keeping NEVER refill the facial & toilet paper for my room on 2/F unless I called the front desk. The refilled bath towels were stinky and remove the cotton buds packs. It’s insane. And my accessories which was placed inside the drawer before going out, it was surprisingly dropped out on the floor when I come back to my room. The table lamp in my mom’s bedroom kept blinking during the whole trip, it’s super CREEPY!!!!! Feel like we were living in a haunted house. The pool deck was broken, kids are easy to get hurt if they don’t pay attention to the broken flooring area. I totally cannot believe that it’s a 5-star hotel. It’s the worst villa I’ve ever lived in!!!

    We had the 3 bedroom with pool villa fronting the sea. Amazing views, just steps to the private beach.

    From the moment we were greeted by smiling “Tony”, who took our luggage and carted us to and from our villa, we knew this was going to be a special holiday. Service was impeccable, and the villa was spotless and comfortable. The only disappointment was that guests are not allowed to use the beautiful kitchens, as we had planned to enjoy cooking to make it an even more homely holiday. Also, the “fake” kitchens made the beautiful villas look a bit soulless. Otherwise everything was perfect.
