Very clean room and friendly staff
Pillow rock hard - you could kill someone with it

Quite alot of noise if your room are close to reception

1) Sometimes the security guard is not by the gate and you have to wait there and wait for him to come back.
2) the pillows were dirty
3) there is no picture of a standard room on the app and it was a shock of my life when I got there how terrible the room was, I had to go to the receptionist and ask her if she can upgrade us and we will pay the difference, but the receptionist did not know how to do upgrade.
3) when checked out at 10:50 because we thought check out time was 11:00 and the receptionist had to ask for extra R100 from us which he thought was a ripoff.
4) when we got by the gate we had to wait because the security guards said they will have to check the room first before they let us go
All in all the service was terrible, the staff need training and they must something about this thing of making clients wait by the game it’s so annoying, I am not booking there again.
