They did not have my room for first night, so upgrade to a nice room. However there was no hot water or wifi.
So went back tooriginally book room next two nights
The staff was amazing, helpful friendly

Sol Natura is a wonderful small, friendly, comfortable and clean hotel set beside a beautiful garden ( flowers and birds), surrounding a covered courtyard lobby furnished with comfortable couches and tables amidst tall trees and flowers. The rooms, although small, had all the necessary amenities, and it is pleasant to sit in courtyard or garden if one wants more space for reading or playing board games. The free breakfast buffet is delicious and complete with servers eager to please. There is also a piano in the DR.
The staff,including the manager-who is fluent in English-,were exceptionally accommodating. This is a family owned and operated business. They care about their guests.
