    Good for business visits. The breakfast spread was delicious, a mix of local cuisine and global food. Location is conveniently near Liberty plaza which has a nice small food court. Can easily walk to Cargill's Local Store nearby. Short taxi or tuk-tuk ride to temples and historical attractions in the centre.

    This hotel is a little tired in places but offered great value when I booked. The room was large, with king bed, sofa, desk and a large bathroom. The bathroom could do with a bit of a renovation but the shower was huge with amazing views. Bed and linen were comfortable and my room had a great view over the ocean. Room service breakfast was prompt, reasonable priced and quite hot. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I arrived very late at night. The pool area could do with a few more loungers but the pool has great views and was very refreshing. The rooftop bar was great, although closed one night for a private event but the ground floor bar was interesting. My only minor issues were: * the room was not cleaned when I went out, even though I had the sign turned on. One day I had to ask for it to be cleaned, but had been in until quite late. The next they came at about 5 pm. * the tv kept turning itself off. I assume it thought I was not watching any more. Too smart. * when I was leaving I asked front desk to call me a taxi to the airport. They offered the hotel taxi, but at 55 usd I preferred a normal taxi but they could not call one for some reason. I ordered an Uber. There is a small shopping center close by but it seemed to be selling mainly electronics. There was an ATM there.

    NH Collection Hotel Antwerp I recently stayed at NH Collection Antwerp Centre and unfortunately my experience did not fully meet the expectations one would have from a hotel of this standard. Upon checking into the room, I immediately noticed an used ear bud lying on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the room cleaning and overall hygiene standards. Additionally, during breakfast I asked the chef/staff about the ingredients in the bread selection, specifically whether any of the 10–20 varieties contained eggs. Surprisingly, the staff were unable to confirm the ingredients. In today’s age—when many guests are health-conscious or have dietary restrictions due to allergies, vegetarianism, or religious preferences—it is quite important for hospitality staff to be informed about the ingredients in the food being served. While the location of the hotel is excellent and the property itself is well presented, greater attention to cleanliness and better knowledge of food ingredients by the staff would significantly improve the guest experience.
