The hotel is in a fantastic location, just 50–100 meters from Nizami Street, making it extremely convenient. Rahil at the reception was very welcoming, humble, and exceptionally helpful. He answered all our queries patiently and ensured a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Although the hotel was fully booked and early check-in wasn’t possible, he truly went the extra mile to arrange at least one room for us to relax until all three of our rooms were ready. Nabi at the reception was also courteous, efficient, and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent with limited Indian options but was absolutely satisfactory. It included breads, sweet corn, cottage cheese, a variety of cheeses, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. A special mention to Riyad at the restaurant—he was extremely polite and respectful and even extended the breakfast time by 10–15 minutes upon noticing that we were still dining. Such thoughtful gestures genuinely enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent service. Highly recommended.
