Customer service was top-notch. Every detail felt personalised. The Japanese dinner served at the hotel was one of the best hotel dinners. The shuttle bus service made travelling to and fro the hotel convenient.

This hotel is very quite and beautiful. The dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Very short distance from those popular scenes.
