    50% of staff were great. Very hospitable and welcoming. 50% was hard to get an acknowledgement or even a simple smile But would absolutely use this hotel again.

    The check in was quick and easy. The hotel and room was clean tidy and has the basics of a fridge, air con, wifi a walk in shower and a tv. The bed was on the hard side so did become uncomfortable after a few nights. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely and was always happy to help as was the bald male cleaner. The breakfast was basic yet pleasant although it did become repeative as it was the same breakfast served on daily basis. I would recommend the hotel as it was quite and also in a good location with a short walk to the beach, with ample eateries and shops bear by. The manager/owner was a life saver whom took us to the airport for a fee when our transfer failed to show up.

    We had worst experience in this hotel with my family. First of all there was no one available to take your luggage to the room as there is no lift in the hotel. Rooms were not look like as shown in the picture. We got the room after checking we found out electric kettle was not working. Bedroom mirror and washroom mirror was broken. No laundry bag as they dont keep it. On last day electricity got tripped in our room specifically. Don't get so excited about breakfast as there is no breakfast buffet. They make the plate by themselves which has mostly veggies and I asked for the omelette they charged me 200 lira for 2 person. Only one dustbin in the washroom imagine staying with the family you should use one dustbin. Shower was broken and there was no shampoo provided. There is no proper way of taking shower as the partition inside the washroom is way weird.

    After we got there, they told us that the room we had booked was no longer available. After a long negotiation, they said they could offer us a different room type, but it didn't include breakfast, while my order was for a room with breakfast included.
