The staff went out of their way to make a breakfast for us an hour earlier than usual time. We really appreciate it because we have an early flight. Thank you so much.

Stayed at Bedrock Cave Hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked. Although the staff upgraded us to a much nicer room the following day, it was still inconvenient to spend the first night in a standard room we didn’t choose and then have to pack and move again during such a short stay.
On the positive side, Elias was very kind and did his best to accommodate us. He arranged the upgraded room and also extended our checkout time to 12 PM instead of 11 AM, which we appreciated.
Overall, I would recommend confirming your reservation ahead of time and asking if they are experiencing any system issues that could affect your check-in or room assignment.
