FEEL AT HOME :-) A charming, exquisite top luxury apartment, fully renovated in 2009, tastefully decorated with a predominantly modern feel. Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, double-sofa-bed and a private internal courtyard. While externally the house looks as an ancient typical Venetian house, inside the apartment is completely renovated and fully equipped (washing machine, iron and board, air-conditioner, hoover, dishwasher, double sofa-bed, fridge, cooker, kettle, stove, coffee machine, towels and bed linen, pillows, blankets, stereo hi-fi, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, shower, heating, double bed 180x200, plasma TV, Wi-Fi internet ...): everything you need to feel at home! A very cozy and modern apartment: a quiet double-room with a big double-bed (180x200), baby crib on demand (5 euros per night), two bedside tables and an enormous wardrobe; an open living room with a very comfortable double sofa-bed and plasma TV; a fully equipped kitchen and a brand-new bath with shower. Usually the kitchen is provided of a choice of different teas, spices, sugar, dressing and other little things which you allow to do little snacks. The apartment is connected to Ca ’Annalaura 2 via the internal private courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the ancient spring and the old walls. The apartment is well central located but at the same time it is situated in a quiet narrow street. You can find it with Google maps writing "Calle della Pegola". It takes 10 minutes walk from S. Marco Square and in the neighborhood there are a lots of shops, restaurants, cafès and supermarkets. The apartment is 50 meters away from Riva Degli Schiavoni and from the water bus stop "Arsenale". In less than 5 minutes you can get to Via Garibaldi, a characteristic street of typical shops. Meanwhile, in less than ten minutes walk you can reach the Biennale. The splendid and famous Lido di Venezia beach is only two stops away by vaporetto (water bus). How to reach us: From the airport Marco Polo: you can take directly the vaporetto "Alilaguna - blue line" to get our apartment. From the train station: you can take the vaporetto line 1 or 4. 1. The apartment is for maximum 4 people. The cost is 10 euros more per night. The air conditioning and the heating are included in the price. Linen and towels are included. Breakfast is not included. Please note that for late check-in we ask for a charge that depends on the time of arrival: between 8 pm and 10 pm: € 30.00. After 10 pm: € 50.00.
