I would like someone from higher management to reach out to me directly, as I am willing to explain further about what has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Key Issues Experienced:
Staff professionalism: The staff were neither attentive nor courteous. They appeared untrained in handling guests properly.
Cleanliness: The bed and room were not clean (see attached pictures). Despite repeated requests, our room was not cleaned for two days. Only after my wife became upset did the receptionist finally send housekeeping.
Noise: The room was extremely noisy, both from outside disturbances and even from the bed itself when moving during sleep.
Overall Impression:
This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality standards. Unfortunately, this has been my first and last stay here. If I ever return to Durango, I will certainly choose another property.
I urge higher management to review these issues seriously, as they reflect very poorly on the hotel’s reputation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
