Nice hotel in a convenient location if you're passing through the Aosta Valley! Copious breakfast! The parking lot is a bit small, though.

Enjoyed my stay. Cute little hotel, great accomodation for the price. Only 1 night stay on a roadtrip. Attached restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. I booked this hotel just to take a break and rest from a long journey, but what a disappointment! The room was freezing, with barely warm heating and a completely inadequate blanket given how cold it was. The flickering lights made the room feel like a psychiatric hospital. To make matters worse, the reception was closed. I had to communicate with an employee via WhatsApp to request a room change, but after reading my message, she didn’t even bother to reply or apologize. The service is downright terrible, perfectly reflecting the state of this outdated hotel with its 1930s decor and poor maintenance. If I could, I wouldn’t even give it one star. An experience to forget—absolutely not recommended!

Great and helpful staff, but the hotel is not worth 140 euros for a night. Old hotel. Uncomfortable and hard bed. Old furniture in the room. A terrible shower with a shower curtain. Great coffee at breakfast, the rest was waste of time.

Not the best one at this price in the area. Booked because of the mini spa but only the sauna was available. The bathtub was closed/not workin so could have booked something better for the price. Needs a bit of fixing as bits and pieces come off the bathroom (toilet paper handler, toilet button flush) and the water was just worm not hot. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Parking not enough for everyone but you can easily find in the area. Woke up at 5 am as terrible noises from the top (I believe the pipes from the heating) and lasted for 15 minutes.

Easy to find at the entrance to the town just off the motorway. Limited parking but not a problem whilst I was there. Checked in early as room ready - pleasantly surprised as booked economy single and got twin - no balconies at back but great view of mountain tops. Clean room and bathroom (small) comfy bed, large wardrobe plus desk with chair and medium size tv with no English channels. Plenty of electrical plugs, fully opening window, warm and cozy. Efficient lift, nice public seating areas, sport room (table tennis + footy) leading to large terrace overlooking road. Good and plentiful breakfast (my request for three cups of coffee didn’t raise eyebrows!). I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights and recommend the hotel. I walked ten minutes to town to Cervino restaurant which was wonderful - however on my last night I ate in the Hotel’s (franchised) restaurant which was even better and better value.

I was leery of a rather low rating but took th hotel anyway because of the combination of the price for a family triple room, free parking WiFi and breakfast and easy on-off highway was too tempting to miss. Pleasantly surprised by the condition and the service - very welcoming reception, spotless clean room with lots of space, comfy beds, better than average breakfast ( pastries, yoghurt with a variety of toppings, cold cuts, espresso machine etc). Very happy.
