Everything was as expected. Clean, quiet, pet-friendly, very close parking. The property deserved every bit of 5 stars.
The only negative was an unwelcomed feeling given at checkin. We got over it and had a nice stay.

Loved this spot - we come to Pagosa a couple times a year and this is definitely a spot we will come back to again! Great for our dog to join us and the space was very clean and homey! They were super helpful with us arriving later than the desk was open and quickly got back to us after hours, very kind staff!
