If you want to really get away from the tourist scene - this is the place. Immaculada was terrific.

Lovely traditional Spanish feel to the property. Interesting mix of modern and traditional. Great location in central Niguelas, lovely walking from the door. Immaculada was very sweet and very attentive
Lacked air conditioning (although temperatures were 40 degrees ), although the furniture in reception looked lovely it wasn't that comfortable (although possibly this wasn't helped by the extreme heat)
Niguelas itself was disappointing for food, a bit like travelling back to the 1980's.

This is exactly what a small independent hotel should be like. Forget chain hotels, it's run by a hotelier that simply wants your stay to be enjoyable. It's a 3* establishment, so don't expect 5*. What you get is warmth and caring. My wife and I would stay again without hesitation. Enjoy the village, the hiking and your stay.
