Great place to stay. Most friendly service I have encountered for years. Hotel isn't new, but in great condition and clean. Very good breakfast with variety of options. Food in the restaurant is excellent, although the time you need to wiat for the meal might be to long for many people.

We traveled over for a family funeral. Due to the hot weather we decided to stay at this hotel and not the family home. It was an amazing small European hotel. The staff was very kind . The room was a very good size and the bathroom was huge. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast delicious and the room had air conditioning .We will be returning to this property very soon! One quick note . Our American credit cards wouldn’t work with the street parking machine but the parking lot across the street at the train station did take them.

Staff are very polite and friendly, breakfast was lovely and the bar and restaurant area are very nice too. The rooms are a bit cramped and bathrooms a bit dated and need a refresh and better clean.

Hotel room was let’s say quite old fashioned. The bathroom was a bit stinky. However service was at high level. Stuff was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant was really tasty and modern.

Reception girl rude, let all customers know she was alone and was too busy and included a “so you will have to wait for your breakfast” to the customers in the next table. When checking out we paid and when coming back to get our bags a guy says “ the receptionist said you forgot to pay your coffee and cola”. How come? I asked for the bill and paid everything. Ends up, SHE forgot to charge it. People need to take responsibility for their own mistakes, wether is little or big. Not good customer service.

There wasn't a special room specifically for a wheelchair, but nevertheless it all worked out. If the bathroom door was wider the room would be alright accustomed for a wheelchair user. Considering the friendliness the has shown it was a real pleasure to stay at their hotel.

Hotel is right across the street from the NS station and the people were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. It was a real pleasure to be there. I would definitely return.
