    This was my first visit to HaNoi, so I was worried about the safety when I saw the neighbourhood of the hotel. But, I was totally wrong. The hotel stay was very safe and sound. They provide breakfast (we can select out of 3 options, and they bring it your room) and there are other amenities that you could request, such as laundry, self ironing, etc. It was very convenient. The staff was able to converse in English to a reasonable level, and they were very friendly. The room was not huge, but for the money we paid, it is more than worth. You could get Grab rides to the doorstep, which was very convenient for us.

That said, it is a practical choice if you have business in the surrounding area. There are approximately 3–4 staff members. They are friendly and helpful, although English communication may be limited at times. The room rate is reasonable and breakfast is included, with around 3–4 options available daily. The property is located in a residential neighborhood with inexpensive local eateries, convenience stores, a supermarket, a barber shop, and welcoming local residents.
