    If you are looking for excellent value for your money in Tagbilaran City, Harbour Garden Tourist Inn is a fantastic choice. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to catch a quick tricycle ride to anywhere you need to go in the city. The rooms offer all the basic comforts of home, including: - Strong A/C and reliable Wi-Fi - Free breakfast included with your stay - Proper flushing toilets and great hot water pressure for showers As a wonderful bonus, there is a cute cafe (9Degraves) on the 3rd floor with a nice little view—the perfect, cozy spot to get your daily caffeine fix and even work a little ! Location-wise, it is only a short walk to the local pier/seaport, and a straightforward 30-minute drive from the Bohol-Panglao International Airport. Highly recommended for travelers who want great value without sacrificing essential comforts.

    The place has no parking, but we were directed to park in the short driveway that can accommodate 3 or 4 cars. We were awakened twice in one night to move our car, so someone could get out, then move our car back in again. It happened at 9:43 p.m. while we were sound asleep, and then again, shortly before midnight, asking us to move our car a few more inches forward to accommodate two motorcycles. The "free plated breakfast" was served with undercooked bacon and tocino. No coffee, only water with breakfast. A small 4-ounce cup of brewed coffee is extra and costs 130 pesos, which is expensive for a budget inn with subpar quality. We checked out the next day, forfeiting one more day of PAID accommodation for two rooms: one room for two people, and one room for five people. We checked into Bohol Tropics Resort, which costs twice as much but was comfortable, clean, spacious and with lots of general parking, but guests are also allowed to park their vehicle in front of their villa, which we did. Originally, I wanted a budget inn to accommodate relatives to attend my nephew's college graduation, but I ended up spending more, just because they woke us up twice in one night to move our car.
