Front desk servive ppl are really good, the vallet parking staff always off the site. Overall i recommend the stay.

People are friendly and helpful in the hotel.
The hotel booking system should be flexible. we should be able to add or subtract days from the original booking. It should not be a pre-paid booking.
I stayed in this hotel for a stretch of 26-days. Doing 3-4 days prepaid booking. which was not a good feeling.

The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, the food is good, the staff are pleasant. These good things have stayed consistent over many stays at this hotel.
This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it.
