Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.
Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!

We stayed in a cottage which was charming! The rooms were neet and clean and the hi light was the picnic basket and coffee delivered in the AM!

Wow, what a find! This place is incredible and we will be returning just to stay here. It is on the beach and our room had a deck that overlooked it with lounge chairs and sunbrella. The breakfasts that show up at your door in the mornings are well balanced and delicious! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Make sure you eat at Bob Lobster while your there!
