I liked my overall stay. I got a room with city view and it was spectecular. The location was very very good. The room and bathroom was beautiful and clean. There was some lights and curtain issues in my rom which was immediately fixed after I reported. The staff were friendly and also kept my luggage after checkout. Cons: 1. Sound Proofing of rooms. I could literally hear lady talking in other room very clearly and road /lightening noise. 2. The hotel phone provided in room never reaches out to concerned department. I could never reach out to Front desk or room service and had to everytime go downstairs to reception for any concern. 3. The rooftop,pool ,bar, restaurant all were non operational in peak Mardi gras season. Bummer.

We had a shower leak water all over to the floor..we were told to wait in rhe room and they will call us to move us to another room. So we went to the front desk and the previous staff person had went home and left us hanging.. So the new staff persin moved us immediately...Also when I booked hotel it was supposed to have a restaurant and bar... and Roof top all closed....place is nice otherwise. Some of the fixtures need some tender loving care.... bathroom very clean spotless...
