This is an excellent spacious apartment for a family.

This was a superb spacious apartment for a family of two adults and two children. The kitchen was well equipped. The views from the windows were breathtaking over the mountains. We highly recommend this accommodation for families or a group of four.

No dishwasher or washing machine. However, this did not make our stay too difficult.

Very nice landscape. Quite place. Wonderful nature all around.

No soap in the bathrooms. No bin for general waste but very nice sorting of all other waste categories.

Cosy & comfortable

The property is amazing, very cosy, comfortable an huge (we had 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchen, living room and rather big hallway). Located in a quiet, scenic valley, surrounded by mountains (you can see the view from the kitchen on the pic attached). There was everything necessary in the kitchen (dishes, glasses, pans, cutlery, corkscrew, coffee maker, fridge, oven etc. etc.), easy to prepare dinner for yourselves. The apartment was very warm, which was so nice when it’s winter outside. There is a free parking space and place to dry your skiing equipment. It’s around 20-30 min car drive from this house to Kitzbühel ski area. Would definitely stay again!

I have nothing negative to tell :) Probably it could be a problem to reach this place without a car, so if you don't come by car I would advise to contact host on this matter before booking. It would be also lovely to have hand soap and dish soap in the appt.
