Leider's recommendation was very useful. The location of the hotel was very close to the quieter Zurriola beach.

Well located in the Gros district. Very quiet and staff provided excellent recommendations for dining out. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel was excellent, just five minutes walk over the bridge and you are in the old town, cross the road from the hotel and there is the underground car park of the Kursaal. It couldn’t be better situated if you are coming by car as it’s just outside the restricted zone and the hotel gives a good rate on the parking - €22 instead of €31.
The hotel doesn’t offer any meals but there are plenty of places in the immediate vicinity for breakfast/dinner etc.
It would have been nice having tea making facilities in the room because as an old English couple we need a cup of tea in the morning to get us going! There is a kettle and tea bags at reception, but no milk, and you have to get out of bed!!
