    الغرفه ليست جيده لايوجد فيها عزل ابداً والفطور جداً محدود والانترنيت ضعيف جداً وصوت المكيف في داخل الغرفه جدا قوي لانه غير معزول بالنسبة للكادر يوجد الموظف عبد الرحمن انسان جيد ومحترم جداً اما بالنسبة للمنظر فأنه سئ والاطلاله ع الجبل لكن امام الغرفه ساحة اسلاك مواد بناء عباره عن خرابه

    The pictures look much better than the actual hotel. Its location is far from the main city and downtown Trabzon. Keep in mind there are no taxis in that area. The room is very small and feels very cheap. Not worth staying there.

    Non of them even The receptionist s couldn't speak English even a sentence!!!!!!they didn't understand my complaints and orders and they have no one to help me regarding my needs !!!!!! Too much Too much noises and loads voices were there all day and night time Even at midnight and because they didn't know English they didn't help me at all for reducing that annoying issues!!!!! I didn't satisfied at all Nightmare not hotel 😵‍💫😕😕😡
