Gorgeous property amazing beach.

The Shore Club is one of the nicest Caribbean hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms and common areas are immaculately maintained, the decor is right out of a high-end design magazine, the service is impeccable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is great. Situated right on Long Bay beach, there is a very exclusive feel, the hotel is not quite boutique size, but also not large, it’s the perfect “medium size” resort. It was very easy to get beach chairs and umbrellas and the beach is not crowded at all, and there are almost no vendors trying to sell stuff, apart from the odd jet ski ride. The water is a stunning turquoise color, and is nice and shallow, perfect for children.
My only complaint would be that for as expensive as the hotel nightly rates are, it should include more. For example, my wife and kids went to do a yoga session and we were charged extra for it. Also the restaurants are great but for the prices they charge you’d think you were eating at a 3-Michelin star restaurant in Paris or New York. A family of four will not be able to have lunch for less than $250, and dinner $300 if you don’t drink. A little excessive, in my opinion.
My final complaint has less to do with the Shore Club and more about TCI in general, but the taxi fares are downright predatory. $22 per person to get to the airport, no discount for children, a family of four will be spending $86 each way to get from / to the airport. And you’ll be sharing a van with 8 other people making stops along the way. We took a short 3-minute taxi to town from the Sands resort at one point at were charged $24. Feels like price gouging to me. It’s the only reason I would think twice about visiting the island again.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were greeted with a cold flannel, a rum punch and a porter to help with the bags.
Instantly we relaxed into the best 4 nights I have ever spent in any hotel.
The athletics are some of the best around and the food and rooms were exceptional.
We will be returning in the future.
