parking was easy. check in was easy. stafff was great and the lobby pool area and rooms were immaculate.

The property was great but Orbitz had overbooked. Luckily the hotel was able to get us different rooms

I really like staying at this hotel. It's come to be my favorite place to stay in Mt. Pleasant, MI. I just wish the beds were a little less firm. But the staff is always very nice and the hotel is always clean.
