    You can find clean accommodation right next to a famous local steak restaurant, a relaxing bar, and even a pub for young people. The town's culture is warm and vibrant.

    We stayed 4 nights over the weekend of July 2-5 in Accessibility Room ***. Thank you *** for modifying my Agoda booking so we didn't need to change rooms mid stay. The room was freshly revamped, with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & bottled water, a comfy chair & a comfy firm bed (we supplied our own comforter & pet bed) as we travel with our 3 yr old English Cocker Spaniel. The pet fee was $50 per stay. The Foxtel movies struggled to load and play, especially in the evenings, so we used our Netflix subscription on our own devices.The shower was good, (could have been a little hotter but that is just my personal preference.) The split system aircon (with the fan on highest setting) worked well to enable rest during periods of vocal patron/guest/street activity outside Rm ***, which is closest to the bistro & William Street. Hospitality staff were friendly & accomodating. The complimentary guest laundry facilities of a 19kg washer & 10kg dryer were appreciated. Parking was plentiful (access from William Street), with a designated Accessibility space beside Rm *** (if you move your vehicle, the space will be occupied very quickly by bar/bistro patrons). Extra spaces are provided at the rear of the hotel, & parking for larger vehicles (access via Central Lane).. Thank you also to Graham for a prompt response to my phone call on Sunday the 5th, concerned about the safety of a 'distressed' barking pooch in Rm***. A good central location to downtown Gladstone, where our pooch Penny enjoyed daily walks on grassed areas & park lands close to our pet friendly stay.
